Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using ClearCue (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you are using the Service on behalf of an insurance agency, brokerage, or BPO organization, you warrant that you have authority to bind that entity.

2. Educational & Simulation Disclaimer

ClearCue is an educational communication coaching platform and simulation tool. AI feedback, 7 Cs scores, sample email drafts, and mock call evaluations are designed to enhance professional communication skills. ClearCue does not provide binding legal, underwriting, or insurance licensing advice. Final insurance coverage decisions and policy endorsements remain the responsibility of licensed insurance agents and underwriters.

3. Acceptable Use Policy

Users agree not to:

• Upload malicious code or attempt unauthorized access to administrative or database endpoints.
• Submit unauthorized confidential customer financial records or HIPAA-protected health information into public simulation prompts.
• Misrepresent role access or bypass Role-Based Access Control (RBAC) boundaries.

4. Intellectual Property

The ClearCue application, including the 7 Cs scoring heuristics, interactive simulation scenarios, audio pronunciation engines, and training curricula, is the proprietary property of ClearCue. Your practice history, custom messages, and personal training metrics remain your own.

5. Termination & Access Modification

Agency administrators and Master supervisors reserve the right to suspend or modify trainee accounts that violate company communication policies or ethical guidelines.

6. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws governing online educational software and SaaS platforms.
